This is a very welcoming office. Every time I come, I feel well taken care of. They’re super accommodating with all of my times and scheduling needs, and I always feel like I am well received and never have any lingering questions.

All the staff is super young and vibrant. They’re super relatable. They have a lot of experience and are most professional.

Overall quality of care, I feel like they have hit all marks. They have been very attentive and comforting and reassuring that whatever concerns I have about any dental issues, they get taken care of and addressed at the point of the visit. And like I said, being relatable and cracking jokes is also really reassuring.

I know that coming to the dentist can sometimes be an anxious experience for some, but the staff at Pebble Hills Dental Clinic is always so friendly and warm.

I like coming here because I like the staff and I like the doctor. And I’d gone to other places, I needed a lot of dental care. And I’m really not one who likes dental care, so I was very anxious.

And I was referred here by a friend of mine who was really satisfied with the care that she got. So I decided to come here and just started off slow with some fillings and an exam. And [former dentist] explained everything to me.

I was very happy with the explanation that she gave me. And so we went ahead and did more than just the fillings, more exams and more dental care as far as having lots of extractions done. And she made sure that I was pain free.

If I had any discomfort during the procedure, she would stop and let me relax. And then she would continue. Then I had quite a few crowns and ridges put in.

And I’m very happy because she gave me back my smile.

Well everyone here is quite the professional and they are very well informed about what they’re doing and they know how to explain it to you even though you’re no professional yourself and thoroughly they get the idea through that this is what’s going to be happening and this is how it’s going to be done. A couple months ago I had my fillings done on my cavities and some of them with the bonding agent and whatnot kind of wore off but because of that and they brought up the they told me that they can absolutely fix that and free a charge at that so really I have no complaints after that. They know what to do when the problem arises, they fix it.

Well it means the world to me you know to say hey next appointment it’s on us because well we know this is something that you want fixed so that’s exactly the answer they’re gonna get it done. It’s more reassurance for you as a patient when you’re walking in and to have a good doctor by your side you feel like all things considered it’ll be a good appointment regardless.

Well, I’ve been seen for my wisdom teeth extractions. And I know that’s one of the major procedures that people get anxious about. But I’ve always been well taken care of and made sure that any concerns that I have regarding recovery are well addressed.

And all throughout the process is entirely professional from having imaging taken to talking about the procedure and recovery. I feel like every step of the way I’ve been in lockstep with the decisions and plan of treatment. Well, patient education is vital to the comfort of the patient.

And I believe that here at Pebbles Hills Dental Clinic, I am fully aware of the procedures that I go under and my recovery. And that has taken a lot of the stress and anxiety out of the experience. Having a smile that I can be proud of means everything.

It was being able to have a conversation and confidently know that my smile is carrying forward the personality that I want to share with others. It means the world to me.

Well, I’ve been several other places because I’ve needed dental care almost all my life, and other places were not as detailed. I had to wait long times in the waiting area. Wouldn’t really explain things to me that give me time to relax, and I saw different doctors, different hygienists, and here I can request the one that I want, who’s very gentle and very patient, and with [former dentist], she’s, because she is so detailed and so professional and really caring, I just feel more comfortable, yeah.

I would say radical because of [former dentist]. She’s really cool and laid back, and to have that person running the entire joint, well, that makes all the difference. She’s really kind, she’s really sweet, and she’s really funny too, and she really makes the appointments go by in a flash, especially with the conversating and whatnot.

I mean, I really couldn’t ask for a better donor. The staff, they’re kind as can be. I mean, they’re here to work, but at the end of the day, they make you feel, say, comfortable where you are.

I mean, they know that you’re going to be in good hands at the end of the day, and they know they’ll look forward to seeing you again. I do feel like I’ve been really good to my dental care since I’ve come with these guys, and they’ve taken care of my teeth and my gums, and I really have no complaints, really, especially in terms of how they set up the appointments and what I can look forward to next time. The atmosphere is really what brings it all together, and they make you feel at home when you come walking through the door.

Well, I had a lot of issues with my teeth because I was born with not all of my teeth and some teeth that were not fully developed. And this is why I said I’ve been dealing with dentists all my life. And I wasn’t happy with the way they left my teeth.

I wouldn’t smile. And so I needed, first you started with fillings, which kind of relieved my anxiety there a little bit instead of doing the extractions right off, which the other offices wanted to get right into. And that caused a lot of anxiety.

And I don’t do very well with pain. I don’t think anybody does, but I really don’t. And so she took the time to make sure that that pain was not there.

She did the exam, did the x-rays, showed me the x-rays, told me exactly what every tooth needed, what she was going to do, let me make my decision, which made me feel very comfortable because other places I felt like they were being a little pushy with me. And she started off with the simple things first. So I’ve had a lot of appointments and each time she explained to me exactly what she was going through.

I have a lot of anxiety because I’m very apprehensive to having injections in my mouth. I’m ex-military and I went through a few of those while I was serving in the military and I’m still not over it. Well, I wanted to have primary implants so I had to see if I qualified first of all and then after they found out that I did qualify didn’t they prepare you with the procedures and help you to understand this is what’s going to take place.

It’s going to take this much time and do you have that much time or do you want to involve yourself with that much time? Well, first of all they warn you or they make to prepare you this is what we’re going to do today. How do you feel? And depending on how you reply they’ll take their time and arrest you so they give you time to relax and get yourself ready or prepared mentally prepared for what’s going to happen.
